Cheap Botox in Omaha…… Top Three Reasons To Stay Away from Cheap Botox
Top 3 Reasons to Avoid Cheap Botox
- It’s likely over diluted
Botox Cosmetic comes in a powder form that should be made into liquid form by adding normal saline according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cheap Botox practices add extra saline, therefore over diluting the product, to be able to offer it at a cheaper price. The problem is, that over diluted Botox means you have to use more of the product to get the same result. For this reason, it will not work as well or last as long. Also, over diluted Botox has a higher risk for spreading outside of the intended treatment area, which can lead to complications.
Botox-like knock offs from overseas manufacturers are much cheaper. However, given that a US company does not manufacture them, they may not meet the safety standards imposed by the FDA and could be dangerous.
- The person injecting you probably does not have the expertise you want.
The qualifications and the experience of the person injecting you is at least as important as using the original Botox product at the recommended dilution. Cheap Botox clinics typically use less-qualified personnel to do the injections. This can lead to uneven results and dangerous complications.

Cheap is not always better. We frequently see patients coming to see us because they got uneven results or complications after getting Botox at discounted, cheap Botox clinics and pharmacies. Unfortunately, for most of the uneven results, there is not much that can be done other than waiting the four to six months that it takes for Botox to wear off.
At Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center we only use original USA manufactured Botox Cosmetic, bought directly from the manufacturer (Allergan.) We reconstitute Botox using the manufacturer recommended amount of saline because this is what the studies have shown to be effective and safe. All of our Botox injections are ALWAYS performed by our very experienced medical doctors and not by other personnel less qualified or with less experience.
Please do your homework and make sure that you are getting the best. After all, it is your face and you only get one…take good care of it!
